This single level, open-plan cottage has a large, sea-facing conservatory with a 6-seater dining table. This leads into a private garden with a patio and picnic bench.

The open plan living area has a large corner sofa with digital TV and DVD player and a kitchen area with a fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

There are 2 bedrooms: one with four poster bed plus ensuite shower, and one with twin bed and ensuite with bath and shower . Both bedrooms have french windows leading to the garden.

It maintains original exposed stonework, has central heating, a log burning stove and a utility room with a washing machine.

Mill is a perfect family space.
