The Boathouse is a cosy single level cottage with a living room with a wood burner that overlooks the paddock and the sea. It has whitewashed stone walls and features a high ceiling with window lights.  A day room sleeps 2 people and there is a double bedroom at the far end of the cottage. 

Other facilities include a fully equipped galley kitchen with washing machine, and a large shower room.

Outside the cottage is an enclosed garden with views over the sea to the front, and the hills and fields to the rear.
